Councelling Centers

Admissions forms for 2023 are now available. This portal is currently only available to Indian citizens. You can always save your application and return to it later. You will be required to present documentation in support of your claim.

If you do not have your documents with you at this time, you may submit them at a later date.The University's Admission Cell is responsible for enabling enrollment in desired courses. Admissions are based on an Entrance Exam, Interview, and Counseling.

IES University provides Undergraduate, Graduate, Integrated, Research, and M.Tech. industrial programs. In addition to full-time Ph.D. degrees in Engineering and Management Disciplines, Integrated Ph.D. programs in engineering disciplines are also available.

Integral to their respective institutions, research centers foster interdepartmental student collaboration on innovative research initiatives. If a student is accepted, they should register in one of the schools based on the degree or programme they want to pursue.

Counselling Centers

An applicant who wishes to apply may choose from to follow the given options-

A. Download the application for admission from the University's website and submit it together with a demand draft for the required fee made payable to IES University and payable in Bhopal.  

B. Fill up and submit an online application form together with the required cost.

C. Purchase Form from the Admission Cell of IES University Bhopal upon payment of the required fee, and send the completed form to the Admission Cell.

The candidate will be invited to the Entrance test/Interview/Counseling if, upon review, it is determined that he or she meets the eligibility requirements outlined by the university. Depending on the course for which admission is being sought, the University will adhere to the admissions process outlined by its own set of regulations.

  • Applicants who meet the admission requirements for a department/institute must submit a properly filled-out admission application by the deadline specified.
  • Non-Resident Indian candidates shall also be eligible for admission to preferred courses in accordance with the guidelines of the IES University and the Government of Madhya Pradesh, providing they fulfill the eligibility requirements outlined in section 161-C of the Indian Income Tax Act.
